'Twenty-First Century Excommunication?'`

"You're not Anglican, says the Episcopal Church to congregations that split over its liberal doctrinal and political stance" claims an article in the Wall Street Journal. Apparently, being told you can't claim to be something you are not is, in the eyes of the yes of Rupert Murdoch's flagship newspaper, wrong. Yup: requiring churches who claim to be Anglican to be Anglican is, according to this article, "unAmerican." Seems that requiring people to tell the truth violates their freedom of religion.
