'These are some of the reasons why I left the Catholic Church to join the Episcopalian Church. In the Episcopalian Church, we ordain women, have married clergy, and gay and lesbian clergy. We are all God's children.
The laity has a strong voice in the Episcopal Church. We plan liturgical celebrations, handle parish finances, and help run the church.
